As a BKB member you also are a member of our Men’s Club. Our Men’s Club meets monthly for a wonderful friendship breakfast. This is a great chance to visit with old friends and meet new ones. The Men’s Club also gets together with our Sisterhood for many social events through out the year. As a long time member I have enjoyed all that this club offers and have made so many good friendships along the way.
Please, if you wish more information you can Email me at- zzdavidk@gmail.com

The Sisterhood invites all Temple women to meet together at 10am on the 4th Wednesday of most months. The location is at Desert Vista Community Center (where BKB Services are held). A scrumptious complimentary breakfast of fruit, bagels, cream cheese, coffee and tea is served, giving everyone a chance to schmooze while they eat. Breakfast is followed by a brief business meeting and a speaker or planned program. We also have a 50/50 raffle for those who wish to participate. Changes in meeting dates or other important Sisterhood notifications are published in the BKB newsletter and will also be announced from the Bimah at Friday night Services.
We are all looking forward to sharing time with you. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call Vicki Socol 818-399-7748.

Every BKB member who pays for a BKB individual membership is automatically a member of the BKB Singles’ Group at no additional cost. Currently, approximately 1/3 of the congregation is a member of this group. The BKB Singles Group also welcomes BKB members who are “socially single” – the individual they share their BKB membership with is for health or other reasons unable to attend social events.
The BKB Singles’ Group’s purpose is to foster friendships and a sense of community for BKB Single members. We have a monthly social either at someone’s home, a public event or a dine-out. Whenever possible our social is tied to celebrating a Jewish holiday or a Jewish sponsored event. Recent socials included a backyard Succoth dinner, a Chanukah party and a Jewish Film Festival movie.
For additional information about the BKB Singles’ Group, you can leave a message at (702) 763-4117 or send an email to us.
